Compliance with EBA Guidelines on the new submission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework (EBA/GL/2024/04)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the new submission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework. These guidelines become applicable to financial institutions as defined in Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 starting from October 17, 2024. The ACPR also expects financing companies, which fall outside the definition of financial institutions under the aforementioned regulation, to implement these guidelines.

ADVICE Compliance with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on the new submission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework (EBA/GL/2024/04)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines (EBA/GL/2024/04) on the new submission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework. The guidelines are attached to this advice.

These guidelines are applicable as of October 17, 2024, to financial institutions, as defined in Article 4, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).

The ACPR also expects financing companies, which do not fall within the definition of 'financial institutions' referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the EBA, to implement these guidelines.
