The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on criteria for using input data in the risk measurement model for the alternative internal models approach. These guidelines, annexed to the notice, are applicable to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR starting from January 1, 2022. Institutions must take all necessary measures to comply with these requirements in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
NOTICE Implementation of the European Banking Authority Guidelines on the criteria relating to the use of input data in the risk measurement model for the alternative internal models approach (EBA/GL/2021/07) The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2021/07) guidelines on the criteria relating to the use of input data in the risk measurement model for the alternative internal models approach. These guidelines are annexed to this notice. These guidelines are applicable from January 1, 2022, by credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
