EFCC Establishment Act 2024
This document is the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act of 2004 for the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The act repeals the Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act of 2002 and establishes a new commission with broader powers. The commission is responsible for investigating and prosecuting financial crimes, as well as coordinating with other law enforcement agencies.
