Public Notice on Validation of Investment Claims Against 53 Revoked Fund Management Companies
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana has appointed an Agent to validate investment claims for investors affected by the license revocation of 53 Fund Management Companies. Effective November 18, 2019, investors must submit evidence of their investments at designated Consolidated Bank of Ghana branches to facilitate the administration of a government payout.
