This action was taken in response to a formal request submitted by Guava on November 26, 2025, following a review by the Licensing and Supervision Committee. Revoking the Foreign Exchange Trading Activity License No. 841/1 Issued to “Guava” Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of Paragraph 53 (4) of the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;
Whereas on November 26, 2025 “Guava”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to revoke its License No. 841/1 issued for carrying out foreign exchange trading activities; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 53, dated December 3, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Revoke the Foreign Exchange Trading Activity License No. 841/1 issued to “Guava” Limited Liability Compan
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Guava” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Guava” Limited Liability Company.
