Notice No. 6/2021

The Bank of Portugal issued Notice No. 6/2021 to regulate the information and elements that must be reported to the central bank regarding the acquisition, increase, or decrease of qualified participations. This notice revokes the previous Bank of Portugal Notice No. 5/2010 and establishes updated prudential reporting standards for financial institutions. It entered into force on November 3, 2021, following its publication in the Official Journal on November 2, 2021.
