CL-2025-032: Naawan Community Rural Bank (Misamis Oriental), Inc. - Voluntary Surrender of Banking License
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Monetary Board approved the voluntary surrender of the banking license for Naawan Community Rural Bank (Misamis Oriental), Inc. pursuant to Resolution No. 749 dated 24 July 2025. The institution ceased operations as a bank effective 29 July 2025, and this circular serves to inform all BSP-supervised financial institutions of the regulatory change.
