FSCA Communication 35 of 2023 (FAIS): Access to Webinar Recordings for Financial Services Providers

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has made recordings of three recent webinars available on its YouTube channel for registered Financial Services Providers. These sessions detail financial soundness, liquidity, and early warning requirements under Board Notice 194 of 2017 and its June 2020 amendments. FSPs can access the videos via provided links, register for them, and complete mandatory assessments to maintain compliance.

1 FSCA COMMUNICATION 35 OF 2023 (FAIS) Access to recordings of webinars held for Financial Services Providers

  1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Communication is to inform registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs) that recordings of recent webinars hosted by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) are available on the FSCA’s YouTube channel and to provide additional detail in this regard.
  2. BACKGROUND 2.1. The FSCA recorded three new webinars for FSPs during November and December 2023. 2.2. Recordings of all three webinars are now available for viewing on the FSCA’s YouTube channel at the links provided below.
