Resolution No. 5,291

CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,291, OF APRIL 16, 2026

Amends Article 3 of CMN Resolution No. 5,140, of June 5, 2024, which establishes the conditions, financial charges, deadlines, and other regulatory norms for the financing lines provided for in Article 47-A of Law No. 12,351, of December 22, 2010.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes public that the National Monetary Council, in an extraordinary session held on April 16, 2026, based on the provisions of Article 47-A, paragraphs 3, 4, and 5, of Law No. 12,351, of December 22, 2010,

R E S O L V E D:

Article 1. Resolution CMN No. 5,140, of June 5, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on June 7, 2024, shall be in effect with the following alterations:

Paragraph 4. BNDES shall semiannually send to the Ministry of Finance, by official letter or electronic mail, information regarding non-compliance with the clause provided for in the main text.” (NR)

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
