CL-2026-024: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-024 to notify all authorized agent banks and foreign exchange corporations that the BSRD for Nippon Steel Trading Corporation's investment in PNS-Astech has been reported lost. The regulator mandates that the lost document should not be honored for foreign exchange transactions such as capital repatriation or earnings remittance if found. This directive is issued pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF PNS-ASTECH, has been reported lost. Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
