Cash Transfers Must Be Coordinated with Security Authorities Well Enough in Advance
The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority mandates that all banks operating in the Kingdom must coordinate and notify security authorities well in advance prior to any ATM cash loading or transfer operations.
