Instruction No. 2016-I-10 of June 6, 2016 amending Instruction No. 2009-01 of June 19, 2009 on the implementation of the unified financial reporting system
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued this instruction to amend the unified financial reporting system established by Instruction No. 2009-01. Specifically, Article 1 replaces the I_CREDEF table in Annex 2 of the original instruction with a new version provided in the annex of this document. The amended instruction entered into force on December 31, 2016.

Instruction No. 2016-I-10 amending Instruction No. 2009-01 of June 19, 2009 on the implementation of the unified financial reporting system
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Article L. 612-24 thereof; Having regard to Instruction No. 2009-01 of June 19, 2009, as amended, on the implementation of the unified financial reporting system; Having regard to Instruction No. 2015-I-19 of October 2, 2015 on the electronic signature of documents transmitted electronically to the ACPR; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee dated April 29, 2016; Decides:
Article 1 The I_CREDEF table, presented in Annex 2 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2009-01, is modified and replaced by the table appearing in the annex to this instruction.
Article 2 This instruction shall enter into force on December 31, 2016.
