Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) released two consultation papers proposing new regulations for credit rating agencies and amendments to the Property Insurance Business Module of its Rulebook. Market participants may submit written comments on the credit rating agency proposals by 12 June 2012 and on the PIB Module changes by 1 August 2012. Both documents are available online and outline specific regulatory adjustments designed to strengthen market oversight and operational compliance.
