The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 53-N to formally incorporate the ISDA Master Agreement and the ISLA Global Master Securities Lending Agreement into its list of recognized standard financial contracts. This regulatory update aligns Armenian law with international market standards by defining these agreements as valid financial transactions under the Civil Code and making netting options applicable to them. The resolution amends the previous Board Resolution No. 67-N and entered into force on the tenth day following its official publication on April 16, 2025.
