Implementation of ESMA Guidelines on Conflict of Interest Management for Central Counterparties (ESMA70-151-1439)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) guidelines regarding conflict of interest management for central counterparties. These guidelines apply to central counterparties as defined in Article L.440-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. The institutions must take all necessary measures to comply with these guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.

NOTICE Implementation of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Guidelines on the Management of Conflicts of Interest of Central Counterparties (ESMA70-151-1439)

The College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the guidelines of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA70-151-1439) on the management of conflicts of interest of central counterparties.

These guidelines apply to central counterparties defined in Article L.440-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. These institutions must do everything possible to comply with these guidelines, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority).
