Guidance on Applications for Accounts Filing Extensions
The ADGM Registration Authority issued this guidance to outline the process for private companies and limited liability partnerships to apply for extensions to file annual accounts. The Registrar may grant extensions of up to three months for special reasons, provided applications are submitted before the original filing deadline via the Online Registry Solution. Failure to file on time or without an approved extension results in mandatory late filing penalties and potential dissolution of the entity.
