Subject: Updated Quarterly Database File

With reference to the above subject, and in the context of the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts to maintain the safety of the specialized lending sector in Palestine and enhance transparency and disclosure principles by establishing an updated database for specialized lending institutions, and based on the requirements of Circular No. (2015/136) regarding the establishment of the quarterly database file, all specialized lending institutions are required to complete the updated database file attached herewith and submit it to the Authority on a quarterly basis simultaneously with the periodic quarterly reports (the Unified Report and the Provision Schedule). The Authority also expects the continued alignment of the institution's technological environment and automated systems with the requirements of the aforementioned file.
