Arrendadora GM, S.A. de C.V., registered as digital asset issuer EAD-0016, has received approval from El Salvador's National Commission of Digital Assets to launch a public offering of MNKY2 and MNKY3 tokens. The issuance comprises up to 10,000 MNKY2 tokens at a $100 nominal value and 1,000 MNKY3 tokens at a $1,000 nominal value, with proceeds designated to finance and operate the four-star Mankay aparthotel project in El Tunco. Pulpo Fintech, S.A. de C.V. (PSAD-0023) serves as the Public Service Provider for the offering, which is scheduled to begin on August 19, 2025.
