DFSA Notice of Consultation Paper Release (09 Oct 2011)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority issued Consultation Paper No. 80 to propose revised regulatory requirements for controllers and legal forms of authorised persons. The framework updates controller identification criteria and expands permissible corporate structures, allowing financial entities greater operational flexibility. Regulators invite industry stakeholders to submit written feedback on these proposals by 8 December 2011.
