Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations (2013:10) regarding alternative investment fund managers
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its rules on alternative investment fund managers to update prospectus content requirements. The amendment specifies that Chapter 13, Section 1 of the 2013:10 regulations must align with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act regarding prospectus information. These changes entered into force on 1 August 2022.

Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to section 5, point 8 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Ordinance (2013:587) that Chapter 13, section 1 of Finansinspektionen’s regulations (FFFS 2013:10) regarding alternative investment fund managers shall have the following wording. Chapter 13 Section 1 The provisions regarding the content of a prospectus are set out in Chapter 10, sections 1 and 13–15 and Chapter 12, section 7 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (2013:561). The prospectus shall also contain the information set out in sections 2–15.
