Regulated Activities Order 2011
The Treasury of the Isle of Man issued this Order under the Financial Services Act 2008 to define specific financial activities requiring regulation. It establishes four classes of regulated activities: deposit taking, investment business, services to collective investment schemes, and corporate services. The Order also details numerous exclusions for these activities and revokes the previous Regulated Activities Orders of 2009 and 2010.
