Circular No. 2024/88 Correspondence Regarding Cooperative Societies and Unions
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 2024/88 to authorize the signature of Mr. Munif Abdul Jawad Abdul Rahman Rimawi, acting head of the Cooperative Work Authority, on all transactions and documents addressed to banks concerning cooperative societies and unions. This directive supersedes and cancels the previous Circular No. 2023/116. The circular serves as official notification from the Minister of Labor to all banks operating in Palestine regarding the updated signatory requirements.

Attached is a letter from His Excellency the Minister of Labor, Dr. Inas Al-Atwari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Work Authority, regarding the request to approve the signature of Mr. Munif Abdul Jawad Abdul Rahman Rimawi, Acting Head of the Cooperative Work Authority, on all transactions, correspondence, and documents addressed to banks concerning cooperative societies and unions.
Furthermore, Circular No. (2023/116) is hereby repealed.
