The Markets and Assets Department of the Banco Nacional de Angola reduces the BNA reference interest rate by 0.75 percentage points, lowering it from 16.50% to 15.75% per annum effective immediately. This adjustment follows the Monetary Policy Committee's decision on January 25, 2019, and aligns with Notice No. 10/2011 regarding reference rate regulations. The directive also grants the Markets and Assets Department authority to resolve interpretation disputes, revokes Directive No. 04/DMA/2018, and mandates immediate enforcement across all relevant financial operations.
