The Exchange Policy Department has substituted existing formats V-148 and V-149 with revised templates for the Electronic Proceeds Realization Certificate (ePRC) and Statement of PRCs. Authorized Dealers must update their systems and disseminate these instructions to constituents before the October 1, 2025 effective date. All existing procedural guidelines remain unchanged while strict adherence to the new formats becomes mandatory.

The Presidents/Chief Executives All Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange Dear Sir / Madam,
Revised Format of Electronic Proceeds Realization Certificate (ePRC)
Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to FE Circular No. 05 of 2022 interalia containing instructions regarding the subject.

In this regard, the existing formats ( V-148 & V- 149 ) for issuance of electronic Proceed Realization Certificate (ePRC) and Statement of PRCs (S-PRCs) have been substituted with the attached formats. All other instructions in the matter shall remain unchanged.

Henceforth, ADs are advised to ensure issuance of ePRC and S-PRCs, as per the new formats w.e.f. 1st October 2025. Any system related developments should be made at the earliest to ensure compliance with the above timeline.

ADs are advised to bring the above instructions to the knowledge of all their constituents and ensure meticulous compliance.
