The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued Circular No. 3/SEOJK.06/2024 to regulate the format, structure, and submission procedures for monthly reports required of Secondary Housing Financing Companies (PPSP). The regulation mandates that PPSPs submit financial position, comprehensive income, cash flow, asset-liability matching, and other reports to the OJK by the 10th of the following month via online systems. This circular supersedes the previous 2013 circular and becomes effective on April 1, 2024, with mandatory reporting starting in April 2024 following a trial period using February and March 2024 data.
