The Superintendent of Banks and Other Financial Institutions of Nicaragua issued Resolution SIB-OIF-XXXIII-484-2025 to establish specific publication requirements for individuals seeking registration in the Register of Appraisers (REPEV). The resolution mandates that interested parties submit the completed Annex No. 9 of the Appraisers Norm to the SIBOIF, which will then handle the publication of the application on its official website. This measure streamlines the public notice process by centralizing the publication responsibility with the regulator rather than requiring applicants to publish notices in national media.
