Information Circular 7 of 2014: Withdrawal of Pension Fund Information Circulars

The South African Financial Services Board issued Information Circular PF 7 of 2014 to immediately withdraw nine historical Pension Fund Information Circulars spanning 2004 to 2008. Each withdrawn document has been superseded by newer legislative amendments, regulatory directives, or official notices enacted between 2010 and 2013. Fund administrators and actuaries must now adhere to the updated statutory frameworks and directives that replace the outdated guidance.
