Authorize MAF Empresa Administradora de Fondos Colectivos S.A. to jointly with Mitsui Auto Finance Perú S.A. have a corporate compliance officer, dedicated exclusively, who will exercise their functions in the aforementioned obligated entities belonging to the economic group known as MAF Group.
