Operating Rules and Guidelines for Government Securities
The Bank of Zambia has issued revised Operating Rules and Guidelines for Government Securities to all commercial banks. These updated regulations formalize the transition from manual to electronic transaction processing following the implementation of the Central Securities Depository System. The guidelines take immediate effect and direct operational queries to the Financial Markets Department.
