Regulation on the Application of EBA Guidelines on Resubmission of Historical Data
Banka Slovenije issues a regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's guidelines on the resubmission of historical data within the Slovenian legal framework. This measure mandates financial institutions and the central bank to correct errors or inaccuracies in previously reported supervisory and resolution data according to EBA standards. The regulation enters into force the day after publication and becomes applicable on 17 October 2024.
