INSTRUCTION NO. 001-CR/06 of August 14, 2006 on the Central Bank's Key Rate
The Central Bank issued Instruction No. 001-CR/06 to reduce its key rate from 16.0 percent to 12.0 percent, effective August 14, 2006.
