The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued the DLT Foundations Regulations (Fees) Rules 2023 to establish the fee structure for Distributed Ledger Technology Foundations. The Rules mandate specific application, notification, and renewal fees detailed in Schedule 1, while Schedule 2 imposes a late filing penalty of USD 150 per month for delayed submissions.
