Instruction No. 2019-I-18 of April 23, 2019, amending Instruction No. 2013-I-16 regarding the communication to the ACPR of the international "Legal Entity Identifier" by certain regulated entities

PRUDENTIAL CONTROL AND RESOLUTION AUTHORITY

Instruction No. 2019-I-18 amending Instruction No. 2013-I-16 of December 12, 2013 regarding the communication to the ACPR of the international "Legal Entity Identifier" by certain regulated entities

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-24; Having regard to Instruction No. 2013-I-16 of December 12, 2013, regarding the communication to the ACPR of the international "Legal Entity Identifier" by certain regulated entities; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee of April 3, 2019, DECIDES

Article 1: Annex 1 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2013-I-16 is replaced by Annex 1 of the present instruction.

Article 2: Article 2 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2013-I-16 is replaced by the following provisions:

"The regulated entities mentioned in Article 1 of the present instruction must declare their international legal entity identifier. To this end, they send to the ACPR the standard file 'Form for declaration of the legal entity identifier' provided for in the annex to the present instruction, accompanied by a supporting document (certificate, invoice) issued upon obtaining the identifier. The form and supplementary documents, duly completed and signed, must be sent in electronic format to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority by uploading them to the Authorizations portal at the following address: https://acpr-autorisations.banque-france.fr"
