Anti-Terrorism Amendment Act 2019

The Parliament of The Bahamas enacted the Anti-Terrorism Amendment Act 2019 to update the national counter-terrorism legal framework. The legislation formally defines "designated entity" and establishes distinct offences for proliferation and the financing of proliferation. These statutory changes modify existing reporting requirements to align domestic compliance obligations with international counter-proliferation standards.
