Compliance with EBA Guidelines on Internal Governance (EBA/GL/2021/05)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on internal governance (EBA/GL/2021/05). These guidelines are applicable to credit institutions subject to ACPR supervision starting from December 31, 2021. Institutions must take all necessary measures to ensure adherence to these requirements in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
OPINION Compliance with the European Banking Authority Guidelines on Internal Governance EBA/GL/2021/05
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority's (EBA/GL/2021/05) guidelines on internal governance.
These guidelines are applicable as of December 31, 2021, to credit institutions subject to ACPR supervision, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
