Implementation of EBA Guidelines on the publication of non-performing and renegotiated exposures (EBA/GL/2018/10)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the publication of non-performing and renegotiated exposures. These guidelines, annexed to the notice, are applicable to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR starting from December 31, 2019. Institutions are required to make every effort to comply with these standards in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
