The circular introduces three distinct Clearing Cycles for Sri Lanka Interbank Payment System (SLIPS) fund settlements, with specific RTGS settlement times at 8:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. Participants are instructed to update their internal processes to align with the revised schedule and ensure sufficient funds are available in settlement accounts for Multilateral Net Settlement batches.
