Decision On Changes in Prices of Commemorative Coins Issued

The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to update the sale prices for commemorative coin collections celebrating the bank's anniversary and the centenary of the first state coin. The document establishes specific fees in euros for various collections, including entire sets and individual gold, silver, and alloy coins. These new pricing structures replace previous regulations and take effect eight days after publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.

Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 point 3 and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 21 February 2011, passed the following Decision On Changes in Prices of Commemorative Coins Issued Article 1 This decision shall regulate the changes in prices of the commemorative coins issued on the occasion of celebrating the anniversary of the commencement of work of the Central Bank of Montenegro (hereinafter: the Central Bank), established into collections in accordance with the Decision on Establishing the Collection of Montenegrin Commemorative Coins (OGRM 45/02) and of commemorative coins issued on the occasion of celebrating the centenary of minting the first Montenegrin state coin, established into collections in accordance with the Decision on Establishing the Collections of Montenegrin Commemorative Coins (OGRM 31/06). Article 2 The fee for the use of the collections of Montenegrin commemorative coins established as “Entire Montenegrin Coins Collection” and “Three Gold Coins and Three Silver Coins Collection” issued on the occasion of celebrating the anniversary of the commencement of work of the Central Bank of Montenegro shall be as follows:

  • For the entire Montenegrin coins collection (10 denominations) - 2.453.00 euros;
  • For the collection (3 gold coins and 3 silver coins) – 2.422.00 euros Other collections of Montenegrin commemorative coins issued on the occasion of celebrating the anniversary of the commencement of the work of the Central Bank of Montenegro shall be sold under the following prices: EUR 1 Three Gold Coins Collection 2.272.00 2 The Collection (one gold coin in denomination of 20 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 2 Perpers) 424.00 3 The Collection (one gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper) 235.00 4 One gold coin in denomination of 100 Perpers 1.728.00 5 One gold coin in denomination of 20 Perpers 364.00 6 One gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 194.00 7 The Three Silver Coins Collection 153.00 8 The Three Silver Coins and Four Alloys Collection 163.00 9 One silver coin in denomination of 5 Perpers 102.00 10 One silver coin in denomination of 2 Perpers 51.00 11 One silver coin in denomination of 1 Perpers 32.00 12 The Four Alloys Collection (1, 2, 10, 20 Para) 6.00

Article 3 The fee for the use of the collections of Montenegrin commemorative coins established as “Entire Montenegrin Coins Collection” and “Three Gold Coins and Three Silver Coins Collection” issued on the occasion of celebrating the centenary of the minting of the first Montenegrin state coins shall be as follows:

  • For the entire Montenegrin coins collection (10 denominations) - 2.208.00 euros;
  • For the collection (3 gold coins and 3 silver coins) – 2.180.00 euros Other collections of Montenegrin commemorative coins issued on the occasion of celebrating the centenary of the minting of the first Montenegrin state coins shall be sold under the following prices: EUR 1 Three Gold Coins Collection 2.045.00 2 The Collection (one gold coin in denomination of 20 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 2 Perpers) 382.00 3 The Collection (one gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper) 212.00 4 One gold coin in denomination of 100 Perpers 1.556.00 5 One gold coin in denomination of 20 Perpers 328.00 6 One gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 180.00 7 The Three Silver Coins Collection 138.00 8 The Three Silver Coins and Four Alloys Collection 147.00 9 One silver coin in denomination of 5 Perpers 92.00 10 One silver coin in denomination of 2 Perpers 46.00 11 One silver coin in denomination of 1 Perpers 31.00 12 The Four Alloys Collection (1, 2, 10, 20 Para) 22.00 Article 4 Article 4 of the Decision on the Manner of Using Montenegrin Commemorative Coins issued on the occasion of the commencement of the work of the Central Bank of Montenegro (OGRM 01/03, 50/04) and Pricelist which is printed together with this Decision and makes an integral part thereof and Article 3 on the Decision on the Manner of Using Montenegrin Commemorative Coins issued on the occasion of celebrating the centenary of minting the first Montenegrin state coins (OGRM 37/06, 09/07) and Pricelist which is printed together with this Decision and makes an integral part thereof shall be repealed with effect from the date of entry into force of this decision.
