In view of the Republic of Armenia Bankruptcy Court’s Decision No. YCC/0060/04/08, dated January 9, 2025 on approving the balance sheet of “Ardshinbank OJSC in Liquidation”; Given the conclusion (Minutes No. 3, dated January 22, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on “Ardshinbank OJSC in Liquidation”; Pursuant to the requirements set forth in Article 32 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Bankruptcy of Banks, Credit Organizations, Investment Firms, Investment Fund Managers and Insurance Companies” and in Article 20 (1) (“q”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Declare “Ardshinbank OJSC in Liquidation” liquidated and its activities terminated.
To the Financial Supervision and Licensing Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to publish, within three days upon adopting this resolution, an announcement on declaring “Ardshinbank OJSC Bank in Liquidation” liquidated, in a manner as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and at the same time to notify the authority in charge of state registration of legal entities thereof.
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
