The Banking Supervision Directorate of the Bank of Angola issued Directive No. 3/DSB/94 to mandate weekly foreign exchange reporting for all exchange house branches. The directive requires each establishment to submit a standardized report detailing total purchase and sale volumes for banknotes and foreign currencies, broken down by individual currency. This reporting obligation takes effect in January 1995 and must be delivered to the Directorate every Monday following the reporting period.

SUBJECT: - EXCHANGE HOUSES
In order to ensure adequate monitoring of their respective activities, Exchange Houses shall submit to the Bank of Angola a weekly report, for each establishment, regarding foreign currency operations conducted, detailing:
