Supreme Decree No. 033-2005-PCM
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) issued Supreme Decree No. 033-2005 to approve the implementing regulations for Law No. 27815, which establishes the Public Service Code of Ethics and was subsequently amended by Law No. 28496. This regulation mandates a structured compliance framework consisting of six titles and twenty-three articles, supplemented by one transitional provision to govern ethical conduct across all public sector entities. It formally integrates this regulatory framework into existing institutional integrity compilations, including those of INDECOPI and OSITRAN, thereby standardizing ethical oversight throughout the Peruvian public administration.
