The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles issued these rules to establish standardized application fees for Certificates of Approval under the Seychelles Gambling Act, 2014. The schedule specifies tiered fees based on employment status and nationality, charging SCR 1000 for expatriate key employees, SCR 500 for Seychellois key employees, and corresponding reduced rates of SCR 500 and SCR 250 for other staff. These fee structures take effect on 1 February 2020, directly impacting licensing costs for gambling operators and their workforce.
