The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 57 A on April 8, 2025, granting preliminary consent for the termination of the "General Asset Management" CJSC Conservative Pension Fund. This decision was enacted pursuant to relevant provisions of the Law on the Central Bank of Armenia and the Law on Investment Funds, following a review of the company's requests and supporting documentation. The resolution enters into force upon registration with the company or delivery to its authorized representative in the prescribed manner.
