Implementation of EBA Guidelines amending guidelines on the specification of indicators of Global Systemically Important Institutions (G-SIIs) and their publication (EBA/GL/2020/14)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority's guidelines amending the specification and publication of indicators for Global Systemically Important Institutions. These guidelines are attached to the notice and apply to credit institutions subject to ACPR supervision. Institutions must implement these requirements by December 16, 2020, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines (EBA/GL/2020/14) amending the guidelines on the specification of indicators of Global Systemically Important Institutions (G-SIIs) and their publication (EBA/GL/2016/01).
The guidelines are annexed to this notice.
These guidelines are applicable as of 16 December 2020, by credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
