Subject: Implementation of Decisions and Seizures Issued by Regular Courts
With the aim of ensuring the swift execution of seizures and judicial rulings and safeguarding citizens' rights, and in response to correspondence from the Honorable Higher Judicial Council, a new mechanism has been arranged for the execution of seizures and judicial rulings. This mechanism involves designating specific email addresses at the Higher Judicial Council and at banks for sending and receiving judicial seizures and rulings, and providing feedback thereon. This serves as a temporary measure until the Council designs an electronic gateway in the future that directly links courts with banks for this purpose. Accordingly, banks are requested to take the following immediate necessary actions:
Court@bank.....ps, and provide us with confirmation thereof within one week from the date of this circular.Funds-hold@courts.gov.ps and send feedback to it, and ensure it is not defined as Junk Mail.Supervision Group Palestine Monetary Authority
