Capital Markets Authority Decision No. 37: List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon has issued Decision No. 37 to officially publish a duly registered list of financial intermediation institutions, confirming their legal authorization under Laws No. 234 and 161. This regulatory listing designates thirty-four entities, including Beirut Brokerage Corporation, Master Capital Group S.A.L., and HSBC Financial Services (Lebanon) SAL, as compliant intermediaries.
