The Federal Executive Council has approved the lifting of suspension on the Export Expansion Grant (EEG), effective 1st January, 2005. New guidelines for the scheme will be communicated upon their completion. Authorised Dealers are to inform their customers accordingly.

NO: TED/AD/18/2005 February 2, 2005 TO: ALL AUTHORISED DEALERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC LIFTING OF SUSPENSION ON EXPORT EXPANSION GRANT (EEG) This is to inform the Authorised Dealers and the General Public that at its 50th meeting held on 22nd December, 2004, the Federal Executive Council approved the lifting of the suspension on the Export Expansion Grant with effect from 1st January, 2005. In the mean time, the new modalities/guidelines for the operation of the scheme are being worked out and would be communicated when concluded.
The Authorised Dealers are, therefore, enjoined to bring this information to the attention of their customers.
