Subject: Suspension of the Money Changing Business License for Hisham Khalid Suleiman Kalkatawi Money Changing Institution.

Based on Article (33) of the Regulations Governing Money Changing Activities issued by Ministerial Decision No. (4686) dated 1441/11/21 AH.

Please be informed of the issuance of Saudi Central Bank Decision No. (S/24045) dated 1446/03/09 AH, suspending the license of Hisham Khalid Suleiman Kalkatawi Money Changing Institution, issued by the Saudi Central Bank under No. (88 - J/S) dated 1433/11/22 AH, to conduct Category (J) money changing activities at its head office in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, holding the Unified Number for Non-Governmental Entities (7006726595) and Commercial Registration No. (4031071858) dated 1433/10/24 AH.

Accordingly, necessary actions must be taken regarding the cessation of transactions with the aforementioned institution concerning currency buying and selling, as well as taking appropriate precautionary measures to verify the suspension of all financial transactions with the institution. You are requested to provide us with the actions taken regarding this matter within one week from the date of issuance, via email at: MoneyExchCircular@SAMA.GOV.SA.
