2017-01-01 | FIN-FSA Regulations and guidelines 2/2017The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) issued Regulations and Guidelines 2/2017 to establish the governance framework for occupational pension insurance companies. The document, effective from April 1, 2017, was amended on November 5, 2025, with the changes taking effect on January 1, 2026. Although the official text is available only in Finnish and Swedish, the regulatory scope covers the operational and administrative standards for these specific insurance entities.
