Composition of the Board of Directors
The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that Attorney Massimo Mancini has joined the Board of Directors, replacing Vice President Francesco Mancini upon the expiration of his term. Additionally, the Board appointed Accountant Walter Guidi as Vice President during its session on April 30. The Bank extends its best wishes to the new appointees and expresses gratitude to Francesco Mancini for his professionalism and contributions to the Institution.

The Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino announces that, following the appointment made – pursuant to Article 10 of the BCSM Statute – by the Great and General Council, Attorney Massimo Mancini has joined the Board of Directors, replacing Vice President Attorney Francesco Mancini, whose term has expired.
Furthermore, during the session held on 30 April last, the Board of Directors appointed Accountant Walter Guidi to the position of Vice President. The Central Bank extends its best wishes to Attorney Massimo Mancini and Accountant Walter Guidi for the positions assumed and thanks Attorney Francesco Mancini for the professionalism, ethics, and consistency demonstrated, contributing decisively to the current structure of the Institution.
